Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year retail leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking under time constraints.
• Strong communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and support to team members as directed by the Store Manager.
• Leads team through training, coaching and skill development.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Demonstrates adaptability in a dynamic retail environment, including opening/closing.
• Maintains presence in-store while engaging with team members and customers.
• Communicates with store leadership to promote information flow throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
