Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and varying shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and a focus on brand standards and guest connections.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and orders.
• Ensure safety, security, and SOPs are followed during the shift.
• Communicate deployment and roles clearly to keep the shift on track.
