Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in the manager's absence and drive exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include directing crews, stocking and merchandising, and upholding confidentiality and policy adherence. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a fixed weekly schedule depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on tasks.
• Promote excellent customer service and resolve customer issues according to policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays and inventory; reset departments as needed.
