Job summary

Royal Farms in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty, act as Person in Charge, support management, and drive customer satisfaction, sales, safety, and cost controls.

You will supervise staff, oversee shift operations, POS, training, food and beverage execution, store cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs; you must be 18+, have a HS diploma, strong communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members.
• Preferred: 1 year of food service or retail management experience.
• ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as the Person in Charge.

• Perform POS transactions and vendor check-in.
