Job summary

Royal Farms in Greer, SC is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to run the store during on-duty hours. You will serve as the Person in Charge when leadership is not present, supervise staff, and support management in delivering excellent customer service, product availability, and safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling POS and cash controls, maintaining food service programs and store cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.
• Preferred: 1 year of food service or retail management experience.
• ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle POS transactions and cash controls.
