Job summary

Royal Farms in Greer, SC is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty and act as PIC when a senior manager is absent. You will oversee customer service, ensure product availability, and execute food service programs while maintaining safety and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment and strong product knowledge.
• Coach and support team members in delivering consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when needed.
• Perform shift tasks including POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and protect people, assets, and cash.
• Serve as a Certified Trainer by onboarding and coaching team members.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of food service and beverage programs, including ordering and production planning.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, merchandising, cleanliness, and service speed.
• Keep store clean and organized; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Demonstrate accountability and uphold company mission and brand standards.
