• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Registers sales, reviews pricing and handles voids or discrepancies.
• Assists with displays, promotions, pricing changes, and housekeeping of the store.
• Coaches other team members and communicates tasks when management is absent.
