Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills, including de-escalation
• Willingness to participate in physical store operations
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and reach heights over 10 inches
• English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Uphold Lidl’s standards for cleanliness, freshness, product availability and customer service throughout the store
• Lead assigned shifts in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Perform key operational tasks: inventory receiving, cold chain compliance, price changes, returns processing, ordering and timekeeping
• Handle stock processes to support availability and reduce shrink
• Maintain focus on priorities and model efficient shift execution
• Flex between stocking, cleaning and promotional merchandising to meet store needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
