Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory, pricing, displays, and housekeeping; ensures signage and local regulations are followed.
• Assists with cashiering, backroom tasks, and basic bookkeeping activities as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, handles separation of items, rotation, and stock upkeep.
