Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth opening and closing, protecting assets, and supervising team members during shifts.

The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and daily front-end administration, with emphasis on training and guiding staff. Minimum age is 18 with a high school diploma, plus background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time store team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
