Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to manage daily store operations in the absence of senior management. You will oversee opening/closing, protect store property and funds, and monitor team performance during shifts.

You will direct front-end activities, assist customers with courtesy, resolve exchanges/refunds, and supervise cash handling tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role requires leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner; resolve complaints including exchanges and refunds.
• Conduct front end administrative procedures including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pickups and verification of cash tills.
