Job summary

Saver Group is seeking a capable Crew Leader to direct the daily activities of store team members in the absence of management during assigned shifts. The Crew Leader will open and close the store, safeguard assets, and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee front-end operations, provide friendly customer service, handle exchanges/refunds, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
