Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in a leadership-capable role, rotating between Coordinator and Key Carrier as needed.

The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and emphasizes exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coaching Associates, managing duties as Manager on Duty, and ensuring adherence to procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates; provides progress updates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment.
