Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete cash drops, refunds, and ensure accurate cash register records.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with store team on warehouse/vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Assist with pricing, signage, inventory counts, and stock rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; support maintenance requests as needed.
• Respect policies, report issues, and communicate tasks when management is not present.
