Walgreens Co. is recruiting for a key holder/associate role in Baton Rouge. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room readiness for the business day.

You will greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues, and maintain store displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy while complying with company policies. A pharmacy license or PTCB certification may be required where applicable.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Hold store keys to open/close as needed and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register sales with accurate records and verify pricing; handle voids.
• Assist with displays, pricing, and stock rotation; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support bookkeeping tasks and maintain store appearance and compliance with policies.
