Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and systems startup.
• Manages cash drops, refunds, and processing price verifications at the register.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintains accurate inventory and price signage in the store.
• Prepares storefront displays and merchandising per policy.
• Ensures compliance with state laws for regulated products.
• Completes basic bookkeeping tasks and daily cash counts.
