Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy and supports price changes and signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom organization, and basic maintenance as needed.
