Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures cash handling and floor readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling per store procedures.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and store appearance; assist with pricing and signage.
