Job summary

Advanced communication and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
Direct and supervise crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
Maintain excellent customer service and address customer questions and complaints.
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and inventories.
Reset departments following planogram changes and ensure presentation standards.
