Job summary

CVS Health in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not on site, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain daily operations.

You will supervise, communicate with management and crews, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires flexibility, weekend availability and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in line with policy.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, stocking, displays and weekly promotional/seasonal updates.
