• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive, excellent customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, and signage; supports backroom ops.
• Coaches team members and assists with vendor deliveries and displays.
