Job summary

Walgreens in Saint Augustine Shores, FL is seeking a capable team member to open/close the store when management is absent, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers with proactive service, assist with inventory, pricing, and basic bookkeeping, and support displays and promotions while maintaining store integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Assists with and coaches other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store systems knowledge.
• Assists with pricing and signage to support accurate pricing and compliance.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping.
• Serves as liaison between management and team members and reports issues to management.
