Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered in employment decisions.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports display setups, pricing, and backroom processes.
• Assists with pharmacy out window and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
