Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Ensures price signage and shelf placement support accurate pricing and promotions.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness; supports basic maintenance requests.
