Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintains store appearance, pricing signage, and stockroom organization.
• Assists with inventory counts, displays, and basic merchandising tasks.
