Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, voids, and cash drops; provides change to registers as needed.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with products and services to resolve issues.
• Models customer service best practices and assists team members to maintain high service standards.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures pricing and signage are correct and compliant.
