Walgreens in Alabama is seeking a Store Lead to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash and POS transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will coordinate deliveries, support pricing and displays, and help maintain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, routing tasks to team members when management is not present, and ensuring accurate inventory and store upkeep.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Handle cash, refunds, and price verifications.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Assist in inventory counts and pricing/signage maintenance.
• Support customer experience and service excellence.
