Job summary

Walgreens in Chantilly, VA is seeking a store operations associate to open/close without management, handle cash, and prepare the floor for business days. You will ensure deliveries access and manage backdoor openings as required.

You will engage customers, process refunds and returns, maintain pricing accuracy, support inventory and displays, and assist with basic bookkeeping and storefront upkeep to deliver a reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and opening for deliveries.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Maintain store conditions and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
