Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and prep for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and offers assistance with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and store maintenance, including backroom and stock control.
