Job summary

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and supports vendor delivery processes.
• Registers all sales with accuracy, including scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assists in evaluating displays and completing resets for promotions and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and proper stockroom organization.
