Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including back door opening for deliveries.
• Assists with and coaches team members in vendor ordering processes and stock handling.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper pricing and signage.
