• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Models customer service best practices and promotes proactive help.
• Coaches team members on vendor ordering, backdoor deliveries, and stock flow.
• Registers sales accurately, records scanning errors and price verifications.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom.
• Maintains store cleanliness and signage, and supports pricing per regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping tasks and general maintenance when needed.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Supports pharmacy out window as requested.
