• Completes cash drops to the safe, processes refunds, returns and voids, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, price changes, and display revisions as needed.
