Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages store keys, pricing, signage, and basic department pricing; assists with vendor deliveries and displays.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and helps with stock rotations and backdoor operations.
