Walgreens Co. is seeking a capable team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash processes, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment for customers and patients.

The role includes assisting customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting pricing and display updates, and helping with back-office tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing/signage to reflect local regulations.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and store cleanliness and readiness.
