The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience and supporting pharmacy out window as needed. The position includes engaging customers, performing basic store operations, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation while adhering to policies and local regulations.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing; ensure signage and compliance.
