Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with cash handling and system start-ups.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, resolve issues.
• Manage store keys, assist vendor deliveries, and backdoor access.
• Record sales on the register and track pricing and voids.
• Support displays, pricing, signage, and merchandising.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
• Assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and store appearance.
• Ensure compliance with state laws for regulated products.
