Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accuracy of inventory and pricing, assists with displays and stock rotation, and supports basic bookkeeping tasks.
