• Resolves customer issues and shares best practices to deliver exceptional service.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open/close without management and assisting with vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales on cash registers, tracks errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assists with order review, reverse logistics, and displays revisions.
