Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups, cash handling, and ready floor/stock room for the day.
• Completes product returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues.
• Manages store keys, backdoor access for deliveries, pricing changes, and basic housekeeping.
• Supports inventory, displays, pricing signage, and compliance with local regulations.
