Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota is seeking team members to open and close the store when management is not available, handling cash, returns and daily transactions with accuracy.

You will deliver a customer-focused experience, assist with inventory management, pricing changes, and merchandising to ensure an attractive, compliant store environment. Pharmacy window support and regulatory compliance duties may also be required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or retail supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change for registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and attentive customer experience to shoppers.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and resets to support the store.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
