Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service to retail and professional customers, handle phone inquiries, process online orders, returns, exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing while

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead store team.
• RSS Certification required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts; knowledge of automotive systems and ASE certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee phone handling and service programs.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and shift coverage.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately; process payments.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
