Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Texarkana, AR seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, manage daily store functions, and ensure proper procedures for orders, returns, and invoicing are

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure cash/deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
