Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service with a smile and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example, maintain positive employee relations, and promote teamwork.
• Plan and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise activities across store areas in the Department Manager's absence and perform needed tasks.
• Ensure proper customer service throughout the store and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Train employees on policies, procedures, and job duties; provide ongoing education.
