Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of related supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to plan schedules and coordinate staffing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations.
• Plan and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and monitor task completion.
• Supervise store activities and oversee merchandising and compliance.
• Train staff on policies and procedures and coach performance.
