Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Durham, NC seeks a Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction and sales by leading a team in a fast-paced, friendly setting. You will oversee front-end operations and step in when Store/Assistant Store Manager are unavailable, shaping culture and optimizing labor, margins and shrink.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach hourly staff, ensuring compliance with standards while delivering excellent service and product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business-related degree preferred.
• Proven success leading store operations, including staffing, training and performance appraisals.
• Professional communication skills, with detail orientation and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR/attendance systems.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and store-wide activities in the absence of leadership.
• Drive customer satisfaction by coaching teams to provide superior service.
• Schedule, recruit, train and develop hourly team members.
• Ensure store records, cash handling and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate promotions, inventory and merchandising with leadership.
