Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversight of the store in the absence of Store Manager.
• Drive store sales and manage labor, margins, and shrink to meet goals.
• Coach and develop team members; ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate hiring events, schedules, training, and performance appraisals.
