Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction by inspiring a team committed to superior service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead front-end operations, oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and focus on sales, labor, margins and shrink.

You will recruit, train, and engage team members, prepare work schedules, and coach for performance while ensuring safety and compliance across all store areas.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/retail management preferred.
• Proven track record leading store operations, including P&L, staffing, training, and performance.
• Strong professional communication, detail-oriented, analytical and decisive.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, accounting and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee the store in the absence of store leadership.
• Drive store sales, labor, margins, and shrink through scheduling and coaching.
• Recruit, engage, and retain team members; manage discipline and performance appraisals.
• Train and develop team members; promote a positive and compliant work environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Coordinate customer service initiatives and respond to escalations to maintain satisfaction.
