Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisory candidate to support store operations in Denver, focusing on delivering best-in-class service and growing the brand. You will lead by example, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining a compliant, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Expect to supervise team members, assist training, and handle day-to-day operations with flexibility for evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics.
