Job summary

Ampersand Brands' Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our store leadership team in Coralville. You will guide daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and model exceptional service for your team.

You will drive KPI performance, support training and development, and uphold visual standards while managing inventory and store paperwork. This role requires an energetic, reliable leader with a passion for delightful retail experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills: you are energized by working with people, both guests and your team.
• A passion for meticulous quality and organization.
• Bias toward action: you can lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs with proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure that policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
